Day 1

I swear I will not blog about and post pictures of every healthy meal I eat. That being said, today was the jump start to eating well and healthy living!

I started off with a breakfast of oatmeal and berries:

This surprisingly filled me up until lunch!

I then ate soup (not pictured) and a plate of hot veggies (I'm not the biggest fan of steamed veg's so I just put them in a pan and heated them all up, I like my vegetables hard!)


For dinner, Neil cooked this amazing sun dried tomato chicken from Mariano's, accompanied with green beans and couscous.


Am I hungry right now? Sure I am. Would I love a bowl of pasta right now? Absolutely. But I just have to focus on wedding pictures!
